recovery with proper education, information and support.    We offer office-based counseling and provide access to hospital outpatient care, partial hospitalization,

PSYCHIATRISTS OR COUNSELORS BELOW ARE ON THEIR "PROVIDER PANEL".

BE AWARE THAT INSURANCE REQUIRES A DIAGNOSIS WHICH WILL BE ENTERED BY THE INSURANCE CO. ONTO A  

NATIONAL DATA BANK ACCESSIBLE TO OTHERS.     THAT DIAGNOSIS MIGHT THEN BE CONSIDERED A  PRE-EXISTING DISEASE , THEREFORE NOT COVERED,  WHEN 

ATTEMPTING TO SEEK ANOTHER INSURANCE COVERAGE.
